Huntsville, Alabama is a physically active town with a home town feel.  There are many hiking and running trails as well as a ton of water activities in the nearby Lake Guntersville.  But when it’s cold or rainy outside have no fear Huntsville still has you covered as this town has truly thought of everything.  Since my family moved to Huntsville, Alabama this summer, there has been one place that my six-year-old daughter has consistently wanted to go every weekend and that place is Shakalaka.  Shakalaka is an indoor trampoline park with wall to wall trampolines!  The facility plays great music and the only choice you have to make when you walk in the door is how long you want to jump for.  If the parents do not want to jump they have ample seating areas in the balcony where you can watch all of the excitement.  Throughout the sessions they have a dodge ball games, basketball hoops, foam pits, and American Ninja Warrior like obstacles to play on.  There are multiple Shakalaka employees in the Trampoline park to provide supervision and make sure that every one being safe and having a great time.  It is exhausting to watch the children jump for an hour and be prepared for your child to be drained when the session is complete.  The first time we took our six-year-old daughter my wife and I made the mistake of assuming that after she was done that we would run some nearby errands.  That plan quickly changed, and we ended up taking her home and letting her nap for a couple of hours before continuing our day.  So if you are in Huntsville, Alabama and you are looking for a great place to take your children then look no further.  They will be thanking you for weeks and begging you to take them back again and again.  Shakalaka is open Monday through Saturday and you can check their website at shakalaka.us to see their hours of operation and obtain more information.  You will be glad that you went and your children will have a blast while getting an amazing workout.  Huntsville is a very physically active town and this is a great way to get your children active at a young age and away from the television.  Thanks for reading my blog and If you have any other questions about Huntsville, Alabama or if I can be of any assistance with your real estate needs let me know.  Until next time, talk to you soon.
