Welcome to My First Open House

Holding an open house is wonderful event to be a part of.  At thirty-nine years old, with 5 personal real estate transactions of my own completed, I know exactly how it feels to walk through the doors of an open house and find the home of your dreams.  Depending on the circumstances of your contract it can be a stressful activity to go through.  I am hoping that you have a Realtor® assisting you through the process, but if you do not, please call me so that can help you through it.  Sure, anyone can look on the internet nowadays and see pictures and video tours, but it is that feeling that you get when you are walking through a house that can genuinely turn it into your home.  It may be the natural light, the lighting fixtures, or just the layout that makes you say, “I could put my couch over there and my television over there,” but either way there is nothing that can substitute the power of an actual walk through of a home.  I remember going to an open house with my Realtor® back in 2002 and immediately knowing that this was THE HOUSE.  My Realtor® worked very hard to make sure that I got the house over other offers and eight hours after the house was placed on the market we had a signed contract.  I never could have done that without my Realtor® and he was there with me every step of the way through closing.  He knew that this was going to be the biggest investment that I would make in my lifetime, so he made sure to explain each step as we went through the process.  He is the reason I wanted to get into real estate and I plan on mirroring the professionalism, expertise, and timely customer service that he provided.  What makes a house a picture-perfect home is as uniquely different as your fingerprints, but when you find what you are looking for you will know it almost right away.  I know that my Realtor® must have been delighted when he found me my first home, and I hope to have to honor of serving you in the same fashion.   If I can be of any service to you in the Huntsville, Alabama area or any where else in the country give me a call.  I would to opportunity to help you find the HOME of Your Dreams!  Talk to you soon.
